Okay, I know it might be hard for you read everything in Chinese completely. However, with enough practice and some handy assitant tools online, you can do it. Here is how:
1. You can use Google Translator and copy/past my message in Chinese character and get some rough idea of what it is about. However, remember, there will be tones of chin-glish in there!!!
2. Or you can copy the word in the http://www.chinesetools.eu dicitionary and check ou the meaning words by words.
3. Further, you can go to http://www.clavisinica.com/annotator.html and copy/past the text to get a Pinyin annotation instantly.
